Orders: A 75% upfront payment is required before any order is processed. The remaining 25% balance must be paid before the shipment departs from Europe.
Refunds: Once procurement has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
Jurisdictions: Maurego Global Ltd operates under Nigerian jurisdiction, with sourcing and exports managed in collaboration with Maurego BV (The Netherlands).
Disputes: Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law.

Company Registration Certificate

This certificate confirms that Maurego Global Ltd is a legally incorporated company under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.
It verifies our legitimacy and authority to operate as a corporate entity in the country.

Export License Certificate

Issued under the appropriate export regulatory body, this license authorizes Maurego Global Ltd to engage in the export of agro and natural products. It ensures that all our export operations are fully compliant with Nigerian export laws and international trade standards.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and order details) is used solely for business communication, order fulfillment, and customer support. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our sourcing and export process, all payments are final once procurement begins. Refunds will only be considered if an order is canceled before sourcing or procurement has started.

Clients are encouraged to confirm all product details and requirements before initiating payment.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently serve Lagos, Nigeria, for local delivery and pick-up. Orders are processed in Europe and shipped via
trusted freight partners under the management of Maurego BV (The Netherlands).

Customers may collect their goods from designated logistics partners in Lagos. Shipping timelines depend on
procurement schedules, export readiness, and customs processing times.

Partnership Policy

Maurego Global Ltd collaborates with vetted distributors, retailers, and business partners in Lagos. Partnerships are approved following verification and capacity assessment. Regional exclusivity may be granted based on consistent performance and adherence to brand standards.
